Terms and conditions for Grønninghoved Strand Camping

In the following you will find useful information in connection with booking and reservation.

All prices stated on the website and in the online booking system are in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated informed and clearly stated in the situation in question.

Payment takes place by using one of the approved payment cards/credit cards/mobilepay in the online booking, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Diners or mobilepay. There is not imposed a fee on trade that takes place through online booking.

Shipping and delivery

When booking and paying online, you will be presented with a confirmation in which the account for your purchase appears. The confirmation can be printed after completing the booking, and will also be sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival on the day of arrival (and ends on departure on the day of departure. Both of these times are stated in the confirmation.

Change of booking

If you need to change your booking, we reserve the right to charge a fee administration fee of up to DKK 250

Right of withdrawal and refund

Tourist bookings (all bookings other than seasonal places):

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

– If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, you will be reimbursed the full amount.

– If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, you lose the entire amount paid amount.

– If you have started your holiday with us, the booked period is binding and you cannot transferred to others and not refunded.

Registration of information

In connection with bookings, your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase. The information is not passed on, but keeps the registration for up to 5 years.

Server-side cookies and a secure connection are used to create security the information you submit on the site.

When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information are encrypted before they are sent over the Internet.

We will use e-mail addresses for sending newsletters. These always can be prayed for.

Complaint processing

If for some reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you do not have received an error message from the system, you can write to the address below or phone number.

Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by ordinary review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (the stay) ceases to have the right to complain in accordance with section 83, subsection of the Sales Act. 1, unless otherwise agreed.

When we receive your complaint about an item, the complaint is dealt with as quickly as possible possible. We will decide whether the item received should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction is to be given.
